What Is Neck & Shoulder Pain?

Neck and shoulder pain is one of the most common issues we see at Chadwick’s Physiotherapy. It can present in many ways – from tightness across the tops of the shoulders to pain that radiates into the neck, down the arms, or even into the hands. In some cases, people experience pins and needles or numbness, symptoms often linked to problems in the cervical spine (the neck area of the spine).
