Treatment we offer

We always start with a thorough initial assessment at which the likelihood of treatment helping or not is discussed. We do not treat what we cannot improve and we will tell you if we are unable to help.'

Once assessed, treatment may be one or a combination of:-

• Mobilisation
• Manipulation
• Soft tissue mobilisation (massage techniques)
• An exercise programme (including McKenzie reduction for disc displacement)
• Traction
• Acupuncture
• Electrotherapy (ultrasound and other modalities)
• Specific advice (ergonomics at work and home
• Posture or back care)
